Privacy Policy

Who we are. AI Income Opportunity Finder is operated by New Wide Lending LLC ("we", "us"). Contact: info@newwidelending.com.

What we collect. Account details (email), the Income Profile information you provide (goal, timeframe, availability, budget, skills, experience, education, licenses, resources, location and preferences), your saved opportunities, notes, plans, application materials, alert settings and coach conversations.

What we do not collect. We do not request a Social Security number and we do not perform credit checks. Any credit information is optional and self-reported as a broad range only.

How we use it. To generate opportunity matches, explanations, income plans, application drafts and coaching responses; to operate your account and subscription; and to improve the service.

AI processing. Profile information may be sent to an AI provider to generate matches, explanations, plans and drafts. Results are stored in your account so they are not regenerated unnecessarily.

First-party analytics (optional). If you allow Analytics, we record events on our own systems such as guide views, reading engagement, button clicks, signup clicks and completed signups. These events can include the page URL or guide slug, the referring site, campaign (UTM) parameters, a random per-tab session identifier, your account identifier when you are signed in, and the time of the event. We do not sell this data. If you do not allow Analytics, these events are not recorded.

Cookies and browser storage. We use essential browser storage (such as local storage) to keep you signed in, protect your account and remember your privacy choices. With Analytics allowed, we also store a session identifier and how you first arrived (referrer, UTM and guide) so signups can be attributed to content. Choosing "Reject optional" removes the optional analytics items we stored.

Advertising (if enabled later). Advertising is currently disabled unless clearly displayed on the site. If we enable ads on public guide pages, a third-party advertising provider (for example Google AdSense) may set cookies or use similar technologies to show and measure ads. Ad code only loads if you allow "Advertising / targeted advertising."

Affiliate and sponsored links. Affiliate and sponsored links are currently disabled unless clearly displayed. If shown, they are labeled next to the content. With "Affiliate / sponsored measurement" allowed, we record that a labeled link was clicked (link, guide and time) to measure partnerships. The link still works when tracking is off — only the click record is skipped.

Third-party destinations. When you follow an affiliate, sponsored or official-source link (for example an employer, agency, USAJOBS, SAM.gov or Grants.gov), the destination receives standard request information such as your IP address, browser details and the referring page, and handles it under its own privacy policy.

Your choices. Use "Privacy choices" in the footer at any time to turn Analytics, Advertising / targeted advertising, and Affiliate / sponsored measurement on or off, or to withdraw a choice. Essential storage always stays on. Optional categories are off until you choose.

Do Not Sell or Share / Targeted Advertising Choices. We do not sell your personal information. The "Do Not Sell or Share / Targeted Advertising Choices" link in the footer opens the same choices. Keeping Advertising / targeted advertising and Affiliate / sponsored measurement off stops this site from loading advertising code and recording affiliate or sponsored clicks in your browser, so browsing information from this site is not shared with advertising providers for targeted advertising.

Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to keep Advertising / targeted advertising and Affiliate / sponsored measurement off. They stay off unless you turn them on yourself in your privacy choices.

Third-party providers. Service providers process data on our behalf to run the product, such as hosting and database, payment processing, and the AI provider described above. If advertising or affiliate features are turned on later, the relevant ad network or partner may also process data, subject to your choices above.

Retention. We keep account and profile information while your account is active and delete it when you request account deletion, except where we need to keep records for security, legal or billing reasons. Analytics events are kept only as long as they are useful for understanding how guides perform. Optional browser storage is removed from your device when you reject the related category.

Access controls. Your records are restricted to your own account at the database level. Administrators may access account-level records for support, moderation and abuse prevention.

Account data. You can update or delete your profile information, disable alerts, and request account deletion.
